- 1/2 green onion, finely chopped

步驟
Prepare the napa cabbage leaves. Use the outer leaves for soup, middle leaves for salad, and inner leaves for wraps.
Blanch the napa cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse in cold water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Squeeze out excess water from the blanched cabbage and add finely chopped green onion.
Mix minced garlic, ground sesame seeds, salt, and sesame oil with the cabbage and green onion.
