- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 1/2 piece ginger, julienned
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
