- 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g)

- 50g mekabu
Condiments
- 1 red shiso pickled plum
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes

Cut off both ends of the cucumbers and divide them into thirds. Remove the seed from the pickled plum and mash it into a paste using a knife.

Place the cucumbers in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to smash them into bite-sized pieces.

Add the remaining ingredients to the bag and knead gently to mix. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
