- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), thinly sliced
- 2 myoga, thinly sliced
- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 packet (2g) bonito flakes
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Cut the cucumber into thin diagonal slices, then julienne them. Slice the myoga thinly after halving them lengthwise. Roll the shiso leaves and julienne them.

In a bowl, combine the cucumber, myoga, shiso leaves, and the seasonings (ponzu sauce, bonito flakes, and sesame seeds). Mix well.
