- 100g pork belly shabu-shabu meat
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
Dressing
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut off both ends of the cucumbers, slice them thinly with a peeler, and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and rub gently. Let sit until softened, then rinse with water and pat dry.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add pork slices one by one, and cook until the color changes and fully cooked. Remove and let cool.

Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl, add the pork and cucumber, and toss together.
