- 1 tsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp wasabi
步驟
Slice cucumbers into thin rounds, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, rub gently, and drain excess water.
Cut scallops into halves. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté scallops until golden brown.
Add soy sauce, sake, sugar, and wasabi to the pan and mix well to coat the scallops evenly.
In a bowl, combine cucumbers, scallops, and torn pieces of processed cheese. Mix well and serve.
