Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
- 3 slices of takuwan, diced
Fermented Foods
- 1 pack of natto with sauce
- 1 tbsp of salted kombu
Toppings
- To taste, shredded nori
