Seasoning
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
步驟
Wash 3 cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly into rounds.
Add 1 tbsp of salt to the sliced cucumbers and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Do not rinse the salted cucumbers; instead, squeeze out the water thoroughly.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and add the squeezed cucumbers. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add 2 tbsp of perilla powder and mix well to avoid clumping.
Stir-fry for another minute, then turn off the heat and transfer to a serving dish to cool.
