- 🌰 2 handfuls chickpeas
- 5 tbsp curry powder
步驟
Soak chickpeas in water for 24 hours in a container with a lid. Use 2–3 times the amount of water as chickpeas to allow absorption.
Boil the soaked chickpeas for 20–30 minutes until slightly firm. For softer texture, boil longer.
Mix boiled chickpeas with curry powder in a stainless steel or glass bowl.
Coat chickpeas thoroughly with curry powder for strong flavor and crispiness.
Air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes. For extra crispiness, let cool and air fry for 2 more minutes.
Check for golden-brown color and crispy texture before serving.
