- 🐟 4 filleted horse mackerels
- 3 green peppers
- 🧅 1 small onion
- as needed flour
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning (Marinade)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
Pickling Sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 100 ml vinegar
- 4 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
