- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥔 1 small potato, peeled and diced
- 🥒 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 🥕 1/2 cup diced carrot
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1-2 pinches of salt
