- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced mild spam
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp curry powder
