Main
- 🍚 2 bowls of warm rice (400g)
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 40g burdock root, shaved
- 1/2 piece ginger, julienned
- Pickled ginger, to taste
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 💧 200ml water
步驟

Slice the onion thinly. Shave the burdock root and soak it in water, then drain. Julienne the ginger.

In a frying pan, combine the prepared vegetables and the ☆ seasonings. Heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until the beef is fully cooked.

Serve warm rice in bowls, top with the cooked beef mixture, and garnish with pickled ginger.
