Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 block tofu
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🌰 A handful of sliced almonds
- 2 red chilies
- 🧅 A handful of chopped green onions
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Prepare tofu, sliced almonds, and red chilies.
Cut tofu into cubes and pat dry using paper towels.
Mix curry powder and potato starch in a 1:1 ratio, then coat the tofu cubes evenly.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, oligosaccharide, sugar, cooking wine, and minced garlic. Simmer on low heat.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
Garnish with red chilies, green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
