Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥕 180g daikon, sliced
- 30g jarred Zha Cai, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion

Season the beef with sake, salt, and pepper, and massage it.

Cut the daikon into quarter slices and thinly slice them. Roughly chop the Zha Cai.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until its color changes.

Add the daikon and stir-fry briefly. Then add Zha Cai and the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry together.

Plate the dish and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
