- 1 sheet (130g) konjac
- 150g daikon
- 1 bell pepper (30g)
Oil and Spices
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of shichimi togarashi
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp white dashi
步驟

Cut the konjac into thin strips and remove its bitterness by boiling briefly.

Peel and slice the daikon into thin matchsticks.

Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the konjac, daikon, and bell pepper over medium heat.

Add sake, mirin, and white dashi to the pan and stir well to coat the ingredients.

Sprinkle shichimi togarashi before serving.
