- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces using a rolling cut method. Place in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, mix, and let it soften. Rinse with water and pat dry. Slice the shiso leaves thinly and roughly chop the zha cai.
