- 10cm (300g) daikon, peeled and julienned

- 1 tbsp dried wakame, rehydrated

- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds, ground

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Peel the daikon thickly and julienne it.
