- 150g chopped daikon leaves

- 2 tsp sesame oil

- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the daikon leaves into 5mm widths.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the daikon leaves for 3–4 minutes until softened.

Add mirin and soy sauce, then mix thoroughly.

Add dried shirasu and lightly mix everything together.
