- 70 g ground chicken
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp concentrated mentuyu
- 2 tbsp mirin
Liquid
- 💧 300 cc water
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the daikon into bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container. Add 1 tbsp of water (not listed in ingredients), cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Crack the egg into a container and mix well.
In a pot, add water and daikon, and bring to a medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and add ground chicken, stirring to combine.
Add mentuyu and mirin, then simmer for about 10 minutes to enhance the flavor. Adjust seasoning as needed. Add the potato starch mixture to thicken, then slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
