Vegetables
- 150g daikon, peeled and cut into sticks
- 10g daikon leaves, roughly chopped
Meat
- 4 slices bacon, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

Peel the daikon and cut it into sticks. Roughly chop the daikon leaves and thinly slice the bacon.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the daikon and bacon, and stir-fry. Then add the daikon leaves and continue stir-frying.

Once softened, add mayonnaise and ponzu soy sauce. Mix well, transfer to a serving plate, and sprinkle with black pepper.
