- 8cm (240g) daikon, julienned
- 2 shiso leaves

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper

Julienne the daikon. Make a cut in the tarako and extract the roe.

In a bowl, mix the daikon with salt and let it sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water.

In another bowl, mix the tarako, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Add the prepared daikon and mix well.

Plate the salad, sprinkle with black pepper, and garnish with torn shiso leaves.
