- 🌱 6 stalks asparagus (120g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sauce
- 🥚 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi
步驟

Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half of the stalks using a peeler.

Heat about 2cm of oil in a frying pan to 170°C and fry the asparagus for 1–2 minutes. Remove and sprinkle salt while hot.

Serve on a plate with shichimi mayonnaise on the side.
