Fish
- 🐟 200g swordfish fillets
Coating
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger

Pat the swordfish fillets dry with paper towels and cut into 2cm-wide pieces.

Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add the swordfish, and lightly mix. Let it marinate for 10 minutes, then coat with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C (about 2cm depth). Fry the coated swordfish pieces for about 3 minutes, turning until golden brown.
