Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 10 shiso leaves
- 5g bonito flakes
- 4 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken with the seasonings (sake, garlic, salt, pepper, sesame oil). Tear the shiso leaves and add them along with the bonito flakes. Massage lightly and cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Add potato starch to the marinated chicken and coat evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces for 6-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through and crispy.
