- 🎃 1 large pumpkin
- 🥚 2 eggs

步驟
Scoop out the insides of the pumpkin using a spoon.
Peel the pumpkin skin and steam it in a pot for 10–15 minutes.
Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
Whip the egg whites vigorously in one direction until stiff peaks form, resembling whipped cream.
Mash the steamed pumpkin and mix it with the egg yolks in a bowl.
Fold the whipped egg whites (meringue) gently into the pumpkin mixture.
Microwave the mixture for about 15 minutes.
Chop almonds and walnuts into small pieces for topping.
Once the cake is done, invert it onto a plate and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
