食材
Vegetables
- 🥔 6 small potatoes, peeled and julienned
- 🥕 1 carrot, peeled and julienned
Oil
- Adequate amount of canola oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Peel and wash the potatoes. Julienne them and soak in water for 30 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
Peel and wash the carrot. Julienne it into thin strips.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add an adequate amount of canola oil. Add the drained potato strips and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add the julienned carrots to the pan and stir-fry together until both vegetables are tender.
Season with 0.5 tbsp of salt and mix well. Adjust the salt to taste.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle 1 tbsp of sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
