Seafood
- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 150g kimchi
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
步驟
Mix all ★ seasonings in a bowl.
Separate broccoli into small florets, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds.
Cut kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Coat peeled shrimp with cornstarch in a bowl.
Crack eggs into a separate bowl and beat well.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and stir with chopsticks until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Heat the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in the pan, add shrimp and broccoli, and stir-fry over medium heat until the shrimp changes color.
Add kimchi and ★ seasonings to the pan, stir-fry for 1–2 minutes, then return the eggs to the pan and mix. Garnish with chopped green onion.
