- 2 sausages (40g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), diced
- 30g frozen shelled edamame
- 🌽 30g frozen corn
Dairy
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water
- Pinch of black pepper

Dice the onion into 1cm cubes.

Slice the sausages into 1cm pieces.

Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, add onion and sausage, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Add consomme, salt, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until the sausages are cooked through.

Add edamame and corn, simmer for 1 minute to warm through.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle black pepper on top.
