- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌱 40g frozen shelled edamame
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consommé
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water

Crack the egg into a bowl and mix with grated cheese to create the egg mixture.

Heat a pot over medium heat and add consommé, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, then add the shelled edamame and bring to a boil again.

Slowly pour the egg mixture into the boiling soup. Once the egg sets, turn off the heat.
