Main Ingredients
- 🌱 60g frozen edamame
- 2 myoga
- 3 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🥛 150g firm tofu
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🥢 1/2 tsp concentrated soy sauce

Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods. Thinly slice the myoga and cut the shiso leaves into 1cm squares.

In a bowl, mix the tofu, sugar, salt, and soy sauce until smooth. Add the prepared ingredients from step 1 and mix well.
