- 1 bag arugula
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 handful shredded pizza cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- To taste ketchup
步驟
Cut the arugula into bite-sized pieces and crack the eggs into a bowl. Mix the eggs and add the shredded pizza cheese.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Cook over medium heat while stirring.
Toast the sandwich bread in a toaster for 5 minutes until golden brown. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread, add the cooked eggs, drizzle ketchup, and top with arugula. Cover with another slice of bread to complete the sandwich.
