- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 slices ham
- 🥬 50g frozen spinach
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), sliced
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Egg Mixture
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
步驟
Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the ham into 1cm squares.
Divide spinach and onion evenly into two microwave-safe containers. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water and add butter evenly.
In a bowl, mix eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and cheese to create the egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture evenly into the containers from step 3. Add ham evenly. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until the egg mixture is cooked.
