Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 80g silken tofu
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- Edamame for garnish
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 1/4 tsp cornstarch
- 50cc water
步驟
Crack the egg into a bowl and mix with dashi granules. Add silken tofu and blend until smooth to create the egg mixture.
Line a heatproof bowl with plastic wrap and pour in the egg mixture. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until cooked. Remove the wrap, invert onto a plate, and serve.
In another heatproof container, mix all ☆ ingredients until the cornstarch dissolves. Microwave at 600W for 30 seconds without covering, stir well, and repeat twice more until thickened.
Pour the sauce over the steamed egg and tofu, and garnish with edamame.
