- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves (60g)
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Dairy
- 🧀 20g shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- A small amount of salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步驟
Finely chop the onion. Thinly slice the lettuce. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix ground meat, onion, and sauce ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir, cover again, and let sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to stabilize the meringue.
On a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and greased with salad oil, divide the meringue into two portions. Create a small indentation in the center of each and place an egg yolk in the middle. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake in a toaster oven for 2–3 minutes until lightly browned.
Serve rice in bowls, top with lettuce, spread the meat sauce, and place the baked egg clouds on top. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
