Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Additional Ingredients
- 1/2 can spam

Prepare the vegetables by peeling and chopping them.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes and carrots until golden brown.

Add the onion and spam to the pan and continue to sauté until fragrant.

Pour in 200–250 ml of milk and bring to a gentle boil.

Add 2 tbsp of curry powder and mix well. For a stronger flavor, use 2.5 tbsp.

Once the mixture thickens, crack 1 egg into the pan and mix thoroughly.
