Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 small potato
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧀 desired amount of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- 🥛 100 ml milk
Seasonings
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
步驟
Slice the potato and pan-fry it with oil until golden on both sides.
Cut the boiled eggs into 3-4 pieces.
Heat 10g of butter in a pan, add sliced onion, and sauté until soft.
Add 1 tbsp of flour to the pan and stir for 30 seconds.
Pour in 100 ml of milk, add salt and pepper, and stir until the sauce thickens.
Place the potato slices in an oven-safe dish.
Layer the egg pieces on top of the potatoes.
Pour the onion sauce over the eggs and potatoes.
Top with desired amount of mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
