- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🍞 3 slices of bread
Seasoning
- 7 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
步驟
Prepare potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise, and strawberry jam.
Peel and cut the potatoes, then boil them with 1 pinch of salt for 15 minutes.
Mash the boiled potatoes with a fork.
Mix the mashed potatoes with 3 tbsp of mayonnaise.
Boil the eggs with 1 pinch of salt for 15 minutes.
Cool the eggs in ice water and peel them.
Mash the eggs with a fork.
Mix the mashed eggs with 4 tbsp of mayonnaise.
Spread the egg salad on one slice of bread.
Cover with another slice of bread and spread 1 tbsp of strawberry jam on top.
Spread the potato salad on the final slice of bread and assemble the sandwich.
