Main Ingredients
- 🥚 8 eggs
- 2-3 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped yellow bell pepper
- 🥕 1 tbsp chopped carrot
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped onion
Egg Whites
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Egg Yolks
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2/3 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Decoration
- As needed ketchup
- As needed baby leaves
步驟
Separate 8 eggs into whites and yolks in two bowls.
Mix salt, sugar, and sesame oil into yolks. Mix salt and sugar into whites.
Chop carrot, bell peppers, onion, and green onion finely.
Add chopped vegetables to egg whites and mix well.
Prepare a pan with a thin layer of canola oil and wipe excess with a paper towel.
Pour egg whites into the pan and roll from one end.
Repeat rolling process with remaining egg whites, adding oil as needed.
Pour yolks into the pan and continue rolling.
Shape the roll by pressing gently with a spatula.
Cool the roll completely before slicing.
Decorate with ketchup and baby leaves.
