Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 3-4 eggs
- 🍤 1/2 cup shrimp
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, chopped
- 🧀 1 slice of cheese
- A small amount of seaweed
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning for Fried Rice
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A small amount of salt
- A small amount of pepper
步驟
Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and mixing eggs with a pinch of salt. Strain the eggs to remove any clumps.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and cook the egg mixture on low heat to make a thin omelet.
In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté shrimp and onion for 1 minute. Add zucchini and season with salt and pepper.
Add rice and seasoning (oyster sauce, ketchup, garlic) to the pan and stir-fry. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Place the fried rice onto the omelet, fold the sides, and roll it up tightly.
Cut cheese and seaweed into decorative shapes to garnish the egg roll.
Serve the egg roll shrimp fried rice on a plate or pack it into a lunchbox.
