Essential Ingredients
- 1 cup ground pork
- 1 stalk chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp doubanjiang
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Small amount of vegetable oil
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 cup chicken stock
Starch Mixture
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
步驟
Heat a pan with oil, sauté chopped green onion and minced garlic until fragrant, then add ground pork and stir-fry.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, doubanjiang, cooking wine, and pepper to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Pour chicken stock into the pan and bring to a boil. Add beaten eggs and cook on low heat until eggs are set.
Gradually add the starch mixture to thicken the soup, then season with salt.
Serve cooked rice topped with egg soup and stir-fried pork.
