- 🥚 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp baby soy sauce
- 💧 200 ml water
- 🍐 1/8 pear, grated

Add 1 tbsp salt to water and boil eggs for 13 minutes.

Grate 2 tbsp pear and mix with 3 tbsp baby soy sauce and 200 ml water. Bring to a boil.

Peel boiled eggs and add them to the boiling mixture. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
