Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 1/3 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 💧 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Slice 1/2 onion and 1/3 stalk green onion into thin pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 cup water, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1.5 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp sugar, and 4 tbsp soy sauce in a bowl.
Add the sliced onion and green onion to the sauce and mix well.
Cut 1 block of tofu into thick slices.
Heat sesame oil or vegetable oil in a pan and arrange the tofu slices evenly.
Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu and cook on medium heat.
Once the tofu absorbs the sauce and the vegetables soften, crack 3 eggs over the stew and cover the pan.
Serve the stew hot, ensuring each serving includes tofu, egg, and sauce.
