Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 🧅 30g chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 300ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
步驟

Chop the green onion into small pieces.

Mix the egg white to break its consistency.

Heat the seasonings (marked ☆) in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add green onion and wakame, then simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes.

Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened. Simmer for 1 minute.

Pour in the egg white and cook for 1 minute until set.

Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix briefly.
