- 🍆 1 medium eggplant (80g), sliced
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms, halved
- 6 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi

Cut the eggplant into thin strips and enoki mushrooms into halves. Slice the shiso leaves thinly.

Place the eggplant and enoki mushrooms in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Add shiso leaves, ponzu sauce, sesame oil, and shichimi togarashi to the container and mix well.
