- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 3 green chili peppers
- A small amount of grapeseed oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 0.5 tbsp brown sugar
- A small amount of herb salt
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the eggplants in half and slice them diagonally into thick pieces.
Slice the green chili peppers diagonally.
Combine the listed seasoning ingredients to make the sauce.
Heat grapeseed oil in a pan and sauté the chili peppers to release their aroma.
Add the eggplants and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the seasoning sauce over the eggplants.
Stir-fry quickly over high heat until the eggplants absorb the sauce.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds.
