Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 medium eggplants
- 3 bell peppers
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
步驟
Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the eggplants diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat evenly with cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until the color changes on both sides. Add the eggplants and stir-fry until softened, then add the bell peppers and stir briefly.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir to coat evenly. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and stir briefly.
