Main Ingredients
- 24 dumpling wrappers
- 200g ground pork
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Meat Sauce Seasoning
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
步驟
Mince the onion and dice the eggplants into 5mm cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté the onion until softened. Add ground pork and garlic, cooking until the pork changes color. Add diced eggplants and stir until coated with oil. Mix in the meat sauce seasonings (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper) and cook thoroughly.
Dip two dumpling wrappers together in water briefly and stack them. Repeat to make 12 pairs.
Layer 6 pairs of dumpling wrappers in a heatproof dish. Spread half of the eggplant meat sauce evenly over the wrappers. Repeat the layering process and top with pizza cheese.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
