- 🍆 3 eggplants
- 2 bell peppers
- 50g sprouts
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- Pinch of ground pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Slice eggplants into 0.5cm thick pieces. You can use a slicer for uniform thickness.
Julienne the bell peppers into long strips.
Prepare chicken breast by either using smoked chicken or cooking and slicing it into strips.
Pan-fry the eggplant slices without oil until they are lightly browned.
Place bell pepper strips, chicken breast, and sprouts on the cooked eggplant slices, then roll them up tightly.
Prepare the salad dressing by mixing olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground pepper, salt, and sesame seeds. Drizzle over the rolls or serve as a dipping sauce.
