步驟
Slice the eggplant lengthwise into thirds, then cut into long strips. Optionally, chop green onions or scallions for garnish.
Spread the eggplant slices evenly in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for about 3 minutes. Avoid overcooking to prevent skin separation.
Let the cooked eggplant cool slightly, then mix with soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Optionally, substitute sesame oil with perilla oil for a different flavor. Sprinkle sesame seeds as the final touch.
Add chili powder or chopped green chili for a spicy kick, if desired. This step is optional.
